Escondido Trex was started in 1992 to let people tour Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula and the Gulfo Dulce (Spanish for "Sweet Gulf") with a knowledgeable and entertaining guide who will lead you to the most magical spots the area has to offer (tours available via kayak or foot). We cater to everyone, super deluxe to budget. We work with all the lodges on the Osa, and can help you arrange accommodations, and provide you with hiking and kayaking guides while you are here. We design each trip based on your wants and desires. We use Aquaterra sit on top kayaks (the singles are 14 ft. and very sturdy) and you have the option of singles or doubles. We supply dry bags so you can bring your camera or other valuables.
